How does
the magic happen?
A peek into how we work

Jasmine buds are collected early in the morning when the buds are at their peak freshness. This timing is critical as it ensures that the flowers retain their maximum fragrance. Once the buds are harvested, they are immediately transported to the extraction facility.

The collected buds are spread on the floor and carefully monitored as they bloom into flowers. This stage requires close attention to ensure
the right time to load into extractors.

The extraction of fragrance is carried out using hexane as solvent. The duration of the process is scientifically determined to ensure that the maximum fragrance is
extracted without compromising the quality. The extracted fragrance undergoes few filtration processes, and the end product is jasmine Concrete which is a waxlike substance containing wax & oil.

Concrete carries oil and wax. The concrete is
mixed with another solvent (Ethanol Alcohol) by heating and the wax is removed at -15°C. in a deep freezer. Now we get oil. This oil still contains some residual solvent, and this is removed by distillation process.

The concrete and oil undergo rigorous quality control tests using state-of-the-art equipment like Gas Chromatography – Mass spectrometry (GC-MS). This test ensures that the oil & concrete meet stringent quality standards.

Once the Concretes/Absolute pass-through quality control tests, they are carefully packaged to preserve their purity and potency. The packing process is designed to protect them from light, air and other environmental factors that could degrade their quality.
